• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Sale items are non-refundable.

• Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
